Please keep in that the Free EULA template is not customized for your app needs. We recommend that you go through the EULA Generator to create a custom agreement based on business and app needs.
For example, the "Restrictions" clause in the free template only informs customers of an app that they are not allowed to license, sell, rent the app:
license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application [...]
However, you may find that you'd like to also inform customers that they are not allowed to reverse engineer your app:
modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile [...]
This is why we recommend that you use the EULA Generator instead of downloading the template.
