Steps

Log in to GetResponse. From Dashboard go to Tools and select Website Builder:

Click on the name of your website to edit it:

Open the Edit website options and select Edit site settings:

Scroll to the Cookie consent banner section and enable the "Show banner on site" option:

To preview changes use the "Back to website" option:

Click on the Website URL to see the published version:
