Video: How to Add Link to Privacy Policy URL on Brevo Forms

Steps

1. Log in to your Brevo account. From the Dashboard, go to Contacts:

   

2. Select Forms:

   

3. Click the Create a new subscription form button:

   

4. Name your form. Check the checkbox to Enable the GDPR fields:

   

5. Click Next:

   

6. The GDPR fields are added to your form:

   

7. Select the words "privacy statement" and click the Link icon in the GDPR field editor (on the left side):

   

8. The link fields will show. Add a link to your Privacy Policy.

   To get a Privacy Policy URL link, go to the TermsFeed Privacy Policy Generator to create a Privacy Policy and get the hosted Privacy Policy URL.

   Once you have a Privacy Policy created by TermsFeed, click Copy from the Link to your Privacy Policy section to copy the URL:

   

9. Paste the Privacy Policy URL in the field:

   

10. Click Next:

    

11. Select a list for your subscriptions and click Next:

    

12. Select a template for your Double confirmation email and click Next:

    

13. The Messages settings will open. Click Next. From the Share settings section click the Preview your form link:

    

14. The form with GDPR fields is displayed:
