Your Amazon affiliate disclaimer must be placed somewhere conspicuous and easy to find. At a minimum, you should place your disclaimer at the beginning of a blog post that includes affiliate links. Also consider placing your disclaimer in the footer of your website and within your Terms and Conditions agreement if you have one.
