This acceptable use policy also covers the uploading of any Confidential Information and Your obligations to seek protection for any such Confidential Information.

This acceptable use policy is designed to protect the Company, the Services, Customers, Users, and the Internet community from improper or illegal activity across the Internet, to improve the Services and to improve Services offerings.
