Children's Privacy

In the interest of protecting the privacy of all of our players we don’t require any player registration and only collect a minimal amount of usage data to extent that is required to play our game online; solely for the purpose of internal operations. As soon as players disconnect from the service their personally identifiable data, such as ip address used to connect to the service, is deleted immediately.

Anumo is targeted at a mixed audience, we are targeting children under the age of 13 but they are not considered our primary audience. Children under the age of 13 can safely use our service if they are old enough to do so based on the ratings advice for the relevant version of the app, and they have their parent’s consent to do so. Our service is designed to be safe for children and to that end we have a COPPA compliant 11 point Child safety plan, as follows:

    1. No Other Personal Information - It is not possible for players to disclose their ages, names, email, phone, password, gender, city, state, hobbies, geo-location info, address, screen-names or user names that double as online contact information, parent’s contact information or any other such specific personally identifiable information to Us or other players through the direct use of our service.
    1. Minimal risk - Using bare minimal data, allows us to minimise risk in the event our servers were ever compromised or if data was leaked, the hackers, or those in possession of the data, would not be able to directly determine which, if any, of our players are children, or any personally identifiable information about them that would be useful in targeting specific individuals.
    1. Safe auto generated usernames - It is not possible for players to disclose any personally identifiable information in usernames, as these are generated by a built in algorithm and are not even guaranteed to be unique because there are a very large, but limited number of possible combinations. These usernames cannot be manually customised. Players can get a newly generated user name at any time, and they also get randomised with each new login, so these should not be considered persistent identifiers for as long as players continue to use our services. In this way we aim to protect the privacy of all of our players with a layer of anonymity.
    1. No chat or message board - It is not possible to use our service to verbally communicate with, or chat with anyone.
    1. No ads - our apps do not contains ads for third parties, nor do they attempt to use or support contextual or behavioural marketing strategies.
    1. No data sharing - we don’t share our player data with any third parties or ad networks.
    1. No uploads - We do not facilitate ability to upload pictures, video, audio or user generated content.
    1. No social sharing - We do not provide Wishlist, sharing or tell/invite friends features.
    1. No social media integration - We don’t include links to any websites or social media platforms.
    1. No open ID authentication services - We don’t require ID authentication of any kind such as authentication via Facebook login, gmail login, etc.
    1. We don’t attempt to contact players directly - There are no push notifications or newsletters, or subscriptions to regular electronic communications.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent. If You are a parent or guardian and You are concerned that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us using the email address provided at the end of this policy. If we become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
