Terms and Conditions for Aspirational Me
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Aspirational Me LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for the Aspirational Me application (the "Service").
Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Aspirational Me is an intentional living application built around Vision, Action, Progress, and Reflection. You can keep a private vision, focus areas, goals, tasks, notes, and reflections, and you can add images.
Your Journey Is Personal. Your Information Should Be, Too. Your journal belongs to you. The Service is not a social network. Other users do not get a feed of your journal, and we do not operate a public posting area for user content. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. We use service providers to operate the Service. The Privacy Policy names them, including Supabase, OpenAI, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, Resend, Apple, and Google. We do not promise that information is never processed by anyone else.
The Service does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI writing tools and summaries are optional aids. They are not a crisis-response service.
Aspirational Me is designed primarily for adults. However, individuals who are at least 13 years old may also use the Service where permitted by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children under 13.
Users ages 13 through 17 may access the features available to their accounts, including AI features and Premium, subject to applicable law and any parental approvals required for purchases through Apple or Google.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13. The current registration process does not request a birth date and does not verify age. The Service does not include a parental-consent process. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may suspend or delete it and delete the information we store for it.
You must provide a name, email address, and password that are accurate and that you keep current. You are responsible for activity under your password. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account is being misused.
You may use Face ID or similar device sign-in if the device offers it. That option stores your email address and password on the device so the operating system can authenticate you. You can turn it off and remove the stored password.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, that we reasonably believe is used by a child under 13, or that creates a security risk.
You can use a free plan without a subscription. On the free plan, the Service limits how many goals, to-dos, and reflection notes you can keep. The current limits are 4 goals, 3 to-dos, and 2 reflection notes. The app tells you when you reach a limit.
Vision examples and AI Enhance while you first create your Vision Statement are available on the free plan. AI Enhance when you later edit that Vision Statement is offered with Premium or complimentary Full Access. AI enhancement of notes, goals, tasks, reflections, Today's Focus, and Future Plans is offered with Premium or complimentary Full Access. Those enhancements remain subject to usage quotas. AI Summary Reports are available to eligible Premium subscribers and to accounts granted complimentary Full Access, and remain subject to their own usage quotas. Complimentary Full Access is separate from an Apple or Google subscription. Setting it does not cancel a store subscription. People ages 13 through 17 may use the AI features available to their account.
Premium, also presented in the app as Full Access, is a paid subscription. It removes the free-plan caps on goals, tasks, and reflection notes. The app presents text enhancement after onboarding, AI Enhance on an existing Vision Statement, and AI Summary Reports, as Premium features. A paying subscriber does not also need complimentary Full Access.
An account may also receive full access without a new purchase when we apply an access grant, or when Apple or Google restores a purchase that is still active. The store, not the deleted journal, determines whether a restored purchase is active.
Prices are shown in the app at the time you subscribe and are charged by Apple or Google in the currency the store presents. The current choices are a monthly plan and an annual plan. The price on the store's purchase screen is the price for that purchase.
The annual plan may be labeled "1-month Free" in the app. That label compares the annual price with twelve payments at the monthly price. At the prices used for that comparison, the monthly plan is $3, twelve monthly payments would be $36, and the annual plan is $33. The $3 difference equals one month at the monthly rate. The label is not a free trial, and it does not by itself give you a free month of service. The amount charged is the price Apple or Google shows at checkout, which can differ by store and region.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. We do not collect your payment card number, billing address, or telephone number, and we do not send you a separate invoice for a store subscription.
A subscription continues and renews for the period shown by the store until you cancel it. Cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings. The app can open those settings. You may also use:
If you cancel, you keep Premium through the end of the period you have already paid for, as the store determines. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not, by itself, erase your journal.
We do not operate a separate free trial. If Apple or Google presents an introductory price or a free introductory period at checkout, that offer is the store's offer and follows the store's rules. These Terms do not add a free period beyond what the store shows on that purchase.
Fees already charged are handled under the store's refund rules and applicable law. Emailing [email protected] does not by itself refund a store charge. We may review a message you send, and we are not required to pay a refund that the store and the law do not require.
If the store changes a price, the store presents that change under its own rules. Your continued subscription after the store's effective date is charged at the price the store applies.
You keep ownership of the text, images, and other material you submit to the Service ("Your Content").
You grant Aspirational Me LLC a limited license to host, store, back up, and display Your Content to you, and to transmit the portion needed to OpenAI when you use an AI feature, solely to operate the Service for you. The Privacy Policy describes that transmission, the model-training settings, and the retention these Terms do not control. This license lasts for as long as Your Content is stored for your account, and for the limited deletion and backup residue described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
We do not acquire ownership of Your Content. This license does not include a right to publicly perform, publicly display, or distribute Your Content to other users, or to sell Your Content. The Service has no public area where other users can browse your journal.
If you use your device's share or copy controls to send a summary or other material outside the Service, that sharing is yours. We do not control the recipient.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it, and that submitting it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law. Do not submit content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is meant to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or to another person's data.
We may remove Your Content or limit the account if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the law. We do not undertake to monitor every note.
We may keep backups. Backups can fail, and a backup can contain content that was already damaged. We do not guarantee that Your Content will be free from loss. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
The Service, including its software, design, and content we supply (other than Your Content), belongs to Aspirational Me LLC or its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as the law allows or we agree in writing.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you assign to us the rights in that feedback. If an assignment is not effective, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it without owing you a fee. This section applies to feedback, not to Your Content.
Our names and logos may not be used without our prior written consent, except to refer to the Service accurately.
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:
We may remove material and may close accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. A misrepresentation in a notice can expose you to liability.
You may delete your account in the app while you are signed in. Deletion is permanent for the journal and other information we delete, as the Privacy Policy describes. It cannot be undone from the app.
You may also email [email protected] from the address on the account. The email does not itself delete the account. We confirm the request before deleting an account we cannot verify from a signed-in session.
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Billing continues until you cancel with the store. Premium for a period you already paid for is controlled by the store and does not require the deleted account to remain.
A deletion-status record, an unmatched file, and copies held by Apple, Google, or other providers can remain, as the Privacy Policy explains. We do not promise that every provider erases its copy immediately.
Do not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to break security, access another person's account, overload the Service, or use it to violate the law.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the Service. You may stop using the Service and may delete your account as described above.
When access ends, the license we granted you ends. Sections that by their nature should continue remain in effect, including ownership, the content license for material we still hold, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.
We do not warrant the accuracy of AI output. You are responsible for how you use it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers apply to the fullest extent allowed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Aspirational Me LLC and its suppliers for claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or privacy, even if we were advised of the possibility and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the benefit of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Other local, state, national, or international laws may also apply to your use of the Service.
If you have a dispute, contact [email protected] first and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it informally.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you are a United States federal government end user, the Service is a "Commercial Item" as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. ยง 2.101.
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of later enforcement.
We may translate these Terms. The English text controls if there is a conflict.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, including advance notice where legally required. Notice may be provided through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method.
Changes take effect on the date specified in the updated Terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
