This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile applications, LiftPilot and WODPilot (collectively referred to as the "Applications"). The Applications are designed with a privacy-first architecture. They operate primarily on your device and do not collect or transmit personal data to our servers. Overview Neither LiftPilot nor WODPilot collects, stores, transmits, or shares personal data with the developer or any third parties.

The Applications: • Do not require user accounts. • Do not operate external servers for data storage. • Do not include third-party analytics or tracking. • Do not transmit user data to Gabbe Software or PilotPerformance.

Definitions

Application refers to either LiftPilot or WODPilot. Company, We, Us, or Our refers to Gabbe Software (operating as PilotPerformance). Device means any smartphone, tablet, or other device capable of running the Applications.

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. You refers to the individual using the Applications.

Data Collection & Google Drive Backup The Applications do not collect any Personal Data. We do not collect or transmit information such as your name, email address, or workout history to our own servers.

Google Drive Cloud Backup (Optional) LiftPilot offers an optional Cloud Backup feature that utilizes the Google Drive API. If you choose to enable this feature:

Direct Transmission: Your backup data is transmitted directly from your Device to your personal Google Drive account. Gabbe Software servers are never involved in this process.

Hidden App Data Folder: The Application uses Google Drive’s restricted appDataFolder scope. This creates a private, hidden file within your Drive that:

Is invisible to you in the standard Google Drive interface.

Cannot be accessed by other apps or third parties.

Cannot be seen or read by the developer (Gabbe Software).

User Control: You may disconnect the Google Drive service or delete your backup at any time through the Application settings or your Google Account security settings.

Local Data Storage By default, all information you enter into the Applications (workouts, exercises, sets, history) is stored locally on your device only. This information remains entirely on your device unless you manually export it or enable Cloud Backup. Is not accessible by the developer.

LiftPilot requests permission to write workout and exercise data to the Android Health Connect platform in order to sync users’ gym logs, workout history, and related fitness activity across supported health and fitness services. Any Health Connect data accessed or written by LiftPilot is handled strictly in accordance with the Google Play Developer Policy and Health Connect Limited Use requirements. LiftPilot does not sell Health Connect data, transfer it to third parties except where necessary to provide the app’s core functionality, or use this data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

Data Management: You may remove this information at any time by deleting it within the Application or by uninstalling the Application.

Because data is stored locally (or in your private Google Drive), you are responsible for managing your information.

App Permissions

The Applications function without requiring access to sensitive device features such as Contacts, Location, Microphone, or Camera.

To use the optional Cloud Backup, the Application will request permission to access its own hidden folder on your Google Drive.

In-App Purchases

Our Applications offer optional paid upgrades through Google Play In-App Billing. Transactions are processed by Google Play; Gabbe Software does not collect or process your payment information.

Children’s Privacy Our Applications do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 16. Since no data is collected or stored on our servers, no such information is ever processed by us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
