Thank you for shopping at Climate. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns for refund: Accepted within 15 days of delivery. A $10 restocking fee applies.
  • Exchanges or store credit: Accepted within 45 days of delivery. No restocking fee.
  • After 45 days: Returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.

All items must be unworn, in new condition, and include all original packaging and tags.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Repack your item(s) with the original packing slip in the original shipping box or a plain cardboard box.
  2. Use the prepaid FedEx return label included in your order.
  3. Drop off your package at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup at FedEx.com.

Return Shipping Policy

Your return label is prepaid for most items. However, bulky or oversized items do not qualify for free return shipping. This includes:

  • Skis and snowboards
  • Ski and snowboard boots
  • Coolers, luggage, blankets, and other heavy items

Missing or damaged original product boxes (like shoe or binding boxes) will incur a $20 repackaging fee.


Refunds

Once we receive and process your return:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • A $10 restocking fee is deducted for refunds
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges and store credit are free — no restocking fee applies. To start an exchange, email us at [email protected] with your request after dropping your return at FedEx.


Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
  • If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
