If you decide that this is not the right program for you, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any services that you purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CC's Coaching Company, Downingtown, PA 19335.
- Services refers to the services, courses, and programs available for purchase and enrollment.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase services from us.
- Website refers to Crystal Cook with CC's Coaching Company, accessible from https://pages.crystal-cook-coaching.com/ascension/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Cancellations are not offered, as you receive immediate access to the program you're purchasing upon payment made.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are offered if requested within 1 date of program enrollment.
In order to receive a refund, please make sure that:
- you enrolled within the last 1 day (24 hours is the cut-off)
- you did not access or complete any of the course work within the program
- you did not download any of the material from the platform
Refunds will not be honored if:
- the refund is requested more than 1 day from the payment and enrollment date
- if you accessed and/or completed any of the modules within the program
- you downloaded any of the material
- if you accessed the student community
