smart(n) does not collect, retain, distribute, share or sell any of your personal information, with the following exceptions:

1. In-game statistics are collected during gameplay to allow you to track your progression and see how you compare to other players. This information is not linked to your identity in any way. Requests to have this data deleted can be made via email to the address listed at the bottom of this policy.
2. You may have the option to submit scores and the initials associated with them from your device to our Global Leaderboard, which is visible by other smart(n) players. You have the option to remove any submitted scores from the Global Leaderboard at any time.
3. Usage & diagnostic data is collected for the sole purpose of identifying and investigating issues and/or crashes that occur during the app session. This data is limited to your activity within the app, and information about your device. It does not include information linked to your identity. This data is maintained by a third-party service provider who's own privacy policy can be found here: https://sentry.io/privacy.
4. When reporting an issue from within the app, you may optionally provide an email address for correspondence. This data is maintained in the same fashion as the aforementioned usage & diagnostic data.

If the above ever changes this privacy policy will be updated and you'll be given an opportunity to opt in before being impacted by the changes.
