Return, Refund, Credit & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Untamed Alchemy.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase of Physical Goods We invite You to review our policy on returns, refunds, credits & exchanges. Our strict policies on returns and refunds for Digital Products are also outlined below.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us; You will find unique details for Digital Products and Physical Goodsoutlined herein.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Digital Products refer to the digital or internet-based goods (including audio, video, documents and pdf downloads, eBooks, online courses, and internet-based workshops) offered for sale on the Service.
  • Physical Goods refer to the physical items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders refer to Your purchase or request for purchase of Physical Goods and/or Digital Products from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights for Digital Products

Orders for Digital Products cannot be cancelled.

Your Order Credit, Exchange, Return, and Refund Rights for Digital Products

Credits, exchanges, returns, and refunds are NOT available for any Digital Products due to their very nature.

Your Order Cancellation Rights for Physical Goods

You are entitled to cancel Your Order for Physical Goods for a full refund without giving any reason for doing so provided your request falls within 7 days of purchase, arrives prior to shipment notification, and does not include Physical Goods that were created to Your unique specifications or otherwise custom-crafted for You.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Physical Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Your Order Return, Exchange, and Refund Rights for Physical Goods

You are entitled to request a return, exchange, or refund of Your Order for Physical Goods up to 10 days from the date on which You received the Physical Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of return, exchange, or refund, You must inform Us of Your request for Order review by means of a clear statement within 10 days. You can inform us of your request by:

Conditions for Returns of Physical Goods

In order for the Physical Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Physical Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Physical Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Physical Goods were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Physical Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Physical Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Physical Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Physical Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Physical Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Physical Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Physical Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Physical Goods or proof of received return delivery.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Physical Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Exchanges of Physical Goods

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Physical Goods you received defective or damaged.

Return of Physical Goods Received As Gifts

If the Physical Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Physical Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
