If these Terms and Conditions conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls with respect to the booked Services.
Nothing on the Website guarantees availability, a specific outcome, a particular image or film, publication, venue access, weather conditions, vendor performance, or permission to photograph or record at a particular property.
When you submit an inquiry, schedule an appointment, sign a document, make a payment, or otherwise communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive communications necessary to respond to your request or administer the Services.
