Special Category Data (Health Information)

In order to provide safe and appropriate hypnotherapy and energy-based services, We may ask You to share certain health-related information, such as medications You are taking or health conditions that may affect Your participation (for example, epilepsy or psychotic illness, which may make hypnosis unsafe).

Under GDPR, this is considered "special category data" and requires a higher standard of protection. We collect and process this information only with Your explicit consent, given when You provide it to Us directly, and only for the purpose of delivering Your sessions safely. This information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any third party except where legally required.

We retain Your personal and health-related information for up to seven (7) years following Our last interaction with You, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed.

You may decline to answer health-related questions; however, doing so may affect Our ability to safely provide certain services to You.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain Your Personal Data, including session records and health-related information, for up to seven (7) years following Our last interaction with You, based on Our general business, recordkeeping, and legal considerations, unless a longer period is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce Our agreements.

International Data Transfer

Because We work with clients around the world, including in the United Kingdom and European Union, Your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where Our business and Our Service Providers (including Kajabi, Acuity, Stripe, Square, Zoom, and Google) are based.

We take reasonable steps to ensure Your data is treated securely, consistent with this Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed. The Service Providers We use are established companies that maintain their own data protection safeguards for handling international data transfers.
