1. Services Covered

This Agreement applies to all offerings provided by Coach Landen Dating LLC, including:

• Free Infield Course – A free, introductory digital course.
• Social Mastery System – A paid, self-paced digital course.
• The Inner Circle Program – A monthly membership offering weekly Zoom group coaching, community engagement, and exclusive content.
• One-on-One Coaching – Personalized private coaching sessions delivered virtually and/or in person..

2. Access and Use

• Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to use our services.
• Account Security: You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Free Content: No payment required.
• Paid Course (Social Mastery System): One-time payment required upfront. Non-refundable.
• The Inner Circle Membership: Billed monthly at $49 USD via Stripe. Membership renews automatically until canceled.
• Coaching Sessions: Individually priced and scheduled. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• No Refunds are issued for digital products or membership fees once access is granted.
• Cancellations of memberships stop future billing but do not refund current or past months.

5. Community Guidelines By joining any community (chat, forum, group Zooms), you agree to:

• Maintain respectful and supportive communication.
• Not post or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Understand that violations may lead to immediate termination of access without refund.

6. User-Generated Content

• Grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, or promote such content.
• Represent that you have the rights to share such content.

7. Intellectual Property All content, including courses, recordings, coaching materials, and brand assets, are the intellectual property of Coach Landen Dating LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our materials without written consent.
8. Confidentiality You agree to keep confidential any information shared in coaching, group sessions, or community platforms, including personal details of other members.
9. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee specific results from any of our programs or coaching.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

Voluntary Participation: Your participation is entirely voluntary. You are not required to share personal information or turn on your camera if you do not feel comfortable.

Recording Notice: Calls may be recorded for community safety or educational purposes. You will be notified in advance if a session will be recorded. By continuing in a recorded session, you consent to being recorded.
