The opt-out tools, links, and browser add-ons referenced in this section are additional choices made available to You; they do not replace, and are not a substitute for, Your right to give or withdraw consent where consent is required.

We are a for-profit business selling apparel through Bonfire. Through Our Partial Giving campaigns, 10% of the profit from each item sold goes to a designated nonprofit. The designated nonprofit rotates over time. This contribution is a portion of Our profit, rather than 10% of the purchase price. Bonfire arranges payment of the designated portion to the selected nonprofit on Our behalf.
Information We receive. Bonfire collects information to process and fulfill Your purchase. According to Bonfire's Supporter Contact Information guidance, buyers choose at checkout whether to share their full information with the seller. If You consent, We may receive Your full name, email address, and full shipping address. If You do not consent, We may still receive a limited report containing Your first name and last-name initial, phone number, and campaign, order, and financial details. This limited report is not necessarily anonymous. We do not receive Your payment card details from Bonfire.
We use the information made available to Us to administer Our campaigns, respond to purchase-related inquiries, reconcile sales and charitable contributions, and maintain necessary business records. The retention periods and privacy rights described in this Privacy Policy apply to information We hold, according to its purpose and category.
The designated nonprofit. Our contribution of part of Our profit does not itself constitute Your consent to share Your contact information with a nonprofit or to receive its marketing. We do not pass Your contact information to the designated nonprofit for marketing without Your consent. Any information Bonfire or its donation-processing partners provide to a nonprofit is governed by their applicable privacy notices and the disclosures and consent choices presented for the campaign at checkout. Please review those notices for the recipients and information involved.
Mailing-list choices. Purchasing apparel or agreeing to share contact details with Us through Bonfire does not, by itself, subscribe You to Our mailing list. We will add You to Our mailing list only if You opt in to receive Our marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in Our marketing emails or by contacting Us. A phone number appearing in a Bonfire report is not consent to receive marketing text messages; Our Text Messages Privacy Notice applies to any SMS opt-in.
Bonfire's privacy practices. Bonfire operates its own platform and handles information under its Privacy Policy. For requests about information We hold, contact Us using the details below. For information held by Bonfire, contact Bonfire through its privacy policy.
We may use third-party Service Providers to maintain and improve Our Service.
Invisible reCAPTCHA

reCAPTCHA may process technical, device, browser, IP address, and interaction data as necessary for security, fraud, and abuse-prevention purposes.
We use reCAPTCHA on the basis of Our legitimate interests in protecting Our Service from fraudulent, abusive, and automated activity.
Google provides the reCAPTCHA service and processes related data on Our behalf only as necessary to provide and maintain reCAPTCHA and to ensure that its security, threat detection, protection, and response capabilities remain effective against evolving threats.

We may process Personal Data under the following conditions:
The legal basis We rely on depends on the purpose of the processing:
Where the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or necessary to enter into a contract with Us, We will make this clear at or before the point of collection, including whether You are obliged to provide the Personal Data and the possible consequences of not providing it. If You have questions about the legal basis for any specific processing activity, please contact Us.
We may transfer, store, and process Personal Data in countries other than the country in which You are located, including countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the United Kingdom ("UK"), where data protection laws may differ.
Where We transfer Personal Data outside the EEA/UK to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as:
We transfer Personal Data internationally only as needed to provide the Service and to work with Our Service Providers (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery). You may contact Us using the details in the "Contact Us" section of Our Privacy Policy to request further information about the safeguards We use for international transfers, including copies of relevant contractual protections (redacted where necessary).
The Company undertakes to respect the confidentiality of Your Personal Data and to guarantee You can exercise Your rights.

You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority about Our collection and use of Your Personal Data. If You are in the EEA, please contact Your local data protection authority. If You are in the UK, You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning You or similarly significantly affect You. If this changes, We will update this Privacy Policy and provide the information and safeguards required by the GDPR.

For this purpose, Facebook places a Cookie on the device of the user visiting Our Facebook Fan Page. Each Cookie contains a unique identifier code and remains active for a period of two years, except when it is deleted before the end of this period.
